Holistic Wellness Center I assist people in rising from despair and depression caused by workplace abuse,

guiding them towards healing and a sense of peacefulness. I achieve this through the ancient practices of vibrational sound

and spiritual counseling. You're going to be okay because together we're going to make it okay.

I created Peaceful Energy Healing as a refuge for your mind, body, and spirit. Using the ancient techniques of sound and vibration therapy, my center offers a range of sessions designed to reduce stress and enhance your overall well-being. Start with the vibrational sound therapy that helped me restore my health and balance. Tuning fork sound and vibrational therapy was instrumental in my own healing, and I’m confident it can be equally beneficial for you.

Get to Know Me

Hello, I’m Diana Taylor. I’m a certified practitioner in sound and vibrational healing, Usui Reiki, and I’m also an ordained minister. My personal practices include Kundalini yoga and Qigong. Besides my healing work, I am a writer, photographer, and visual artist. I’m passionate about advocating for disability rights, creating programs to amplify the voices of those living with disabilities. I healed from workplace trauma and abuse through the very modalities I offer here. Kindness is at the heart of everything I do.

I completed my sound healing training and certification with Laurie Fulford, a Sound Healing Master and founder of Harmony Hands Energy Healing in Canada. Additionally, I trained in Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing with Ali Young, owner of Chiang Mai Holistic in Thailand. I obtained my Reiki training and Master level certification in New England and have continued my education through refresher courses with Lisa Powers, Director of the International Reiki Organization, and Melissa Crowhurst, founder of Natural Healing and a member of the International Natural Healers Association. I am a member of the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH) which is the "Association of choice for Wellness Providers and humanity focused Training Providers."

I also use vibrational and sound therapy on my mini-Poodle, Lilly, incorporating tuning forks and Reiki into her treatment. As a 13-year-old and dealing with arthritis, Lilly has been rejuvenated, returning to her playful self.

In addition to formal training, I’ve dedicated countless hours to learning through online programs and printed materials. I’m a devoted lifelong learner, exploring every topic that captivates me.

As an author, I write under the pen name Jackson Dunes, with works that include the Pug at the Beach series, along with short stories and poetry. My books are available on Amazon at www.JacksonDunes.com.

My intuition and divination skills have been with me since childhood, allowing me to channel energy and help others tap into their self-healing abilities. My mission is to help individuals alleviate stress, reduce pain, and navigate their lives with greater ease and balance.

Personally, I’ve found significant relief through tuning forks, which have greatly diminished my arthritis pain. Though I use a wheelchair for long distances or prolonged standing, it’s a tool that helps me live fully, just as tuning forks do.

Tuning Fork Therapy

Similar to acupuncture, this gentle sound therapy uses the vibration of tuning forks to balance the body’s energy providing relief from pain, reduce tension, and promote a sense of peace and emotional harmony. This is the therapy I use to reduce the severe pain I have from arthritis. I didn’t believe in it either until I tried it and found relief that no medicine could provide.

Tuning Fork Sound Bath

Similar to the Tuning Fork Therapy but with no physical contact. This gentle sound immersion therapy uses the ethereal sound of the following tuning forks 174Hz, 417Hz, and 741Hz. The combination creates a harmony which is soothing and relaxing to create a sense of peace.

Accompanying the tuning forks is a tongue drum which, in itself, provides an ethereal quality but when played with the tuning forks adds an element of calming meditative bliss.

174Hz Pain and Stress Relief - is good for relieving tension and pain. It’s been called nature’s anesthetic.

417Hz Releasing Negative Energy - helps to remove negative energy from the body and thoughts to put one in touch with limitless energy allowing you to change your life.

741Hz Detox and Self-Expression - allows self-empowerment, speaking one’s truth and self-confidence to flourish. Purifying the mind and body to encourage creative thinking and generates ideas.

This is available as both a one-on-one experience as well as a group setting.

I can also customize a sound bath for your particular needs.

$75 for a single person for a 50-minute session (30 minutes for the sound bath)

$160 for a 50-minute session (30 minutes for the sound bath) 4 person minimum ($40 each)

Singing Bowls

An ancient healing modality, this holistic technique, uses sound vibration with Tibetan and/or crystal singing bowls to bring about a state of balance in body, mind, and spirit. Deeper and richer than tuning forks, but similar in that the vibrations created bring about natural harmonious states in the body and mind.

Tibetan bowls can be placed on the body whereas the crystal bowls generally are not.

Spiritual Counseling

Find clarity, healing, and a greater sense of life fulfillment through deep conversations and guidance.

This is a safe space to explore personal growth and emotional healing. Gain inner peace, understand yourself better, and feel at home in the world with our spiritual counseling.

I offer two different types of connection.

Empathetic connection is an important aspect of overall well-being, and it seems to be a lost quality these days. In this supported space you will feel deeply nurtured and understood as you navigate your experiences whether as a result of trauma and abuse at work or feeling overwhelmed at all that’s on your plate. This is a listening session where you’ll be seen and heard, and you alone will decide if you’d like feedback.

Coaching connection is like a sounding board with feedback. My approach is simply to understand where you are and where you’d like to be. From there we’ll work together to create actionable steps and strategies to get you there all while building your confidence and resolve so that you can tackle anything and make it okay. I’ve been coached both formally and informally and I know from my experience that having an ally is the best thing to help us get to where we’re meant to be, to where we’re supposed to be.

$75 for a 60-minute session. Available as a one-off or on a continuing basis.
